Use a soft measuring tape and follow these guidelines:



Measure from one shoulder bone to the other across the back.
Wrap the measuring tape under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to where you want the shirt to end.
Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist.
Measure around the natural waistline.
(Our trousers/shalwars come with relaxed & extended waist options.)
Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Measure from the waist down to the ankle (or floor for farshi styles).
