We offer exchanges only (no cash refunds) on the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition
Tags and packaging are intact and not removed
A valid order number is provided
Items that appear worn, damaged, or returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or discounted items
Items purchased during special promotions
Used or washed products
Accessories (if applicable)
Customized or altered items

You may exchange for:
A different size
A different color (if available)
A different product of equal value
Store credit (valid for 30 days)
If you receive:
A defective item
The wrong product
A size different from what you ordered
Please notify us within 48 hours with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or credit after verification.
Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, unless the item delivered was faulty or incorrect.
For incorrect/defective items, Sohanjh covers the return shipping.
Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or changed.
Product colors may slightly vary due to:
Lighting during photography
Screen brightness & display settings
Such variations are not considered defects.
